 Me and my husband about 2 years ago. This was taken on the railroad tracks while we were there watching our son take some photos for graduation. Just a casual picture but I love it.

Winnings from Create 365!!!!

 So I went in Monday to my favorite new scrapping store, "Create 365" in Scott, Louisiana, to buy some more scrapping supplies.  I was lucky enough to find the Bird on Parade for this week.  I won 10 rolls of ribbon.  Here is just a little project I whipped up with some of my winnings.  A flower made of ribbon and twine. I used paper from "Little Yellow Bicycle".

Here is a scrap page I finished with the little yellow Bird on Parade winnings as my inspiration.  I loved making my first pinwheel and twisty stem and the little yellow bicycle to go along with the name of the paper collection  The little yellow bird was made by Amy Muffelleto, owner of Create 365 in Scott, LA. P.S. I LOVE my colored twine I found there. I used it on the flower center , just swirled around and around. Leaves are just scrap pieces of polka dot ribbon.

Aroma Beads Air Fresheners

 This is what I do for a little extra cash to help fund my papercraft hobby. These are air fresheners, mostly used in vehicles, made with aroma beads infused with highly concentrated fragrance oil. Being from Louisiana the Fleur de lis shapes sell really well.  These pictures were taken during the holidays while I was preparing for a local arts and crafts show.

 Guitar shape for the men were very poplular. This one is Clean Cotton.

 Ladies love the high heeled shoe. It's so classy and smells mmmmm good.

 Christmas Tree scented with Christmas splendor fragrance oil. 

 This is smelly jelly, it is what it says it is, Jelly (polymer crystals)that smells wonderful when fragrance oil is added.

 Popcorn wrappers were great stocking stuffers.

2011 Valentine cards

This next picture is obviously not a Valentine card, it's a project my daughter made for her walls in her room using a collage picture frame and some cardstock paper with cutouts using the Cricut.

  I think she did a great job.

I know, I know I'm kinda late with my posting of these Valentine cards. But it's always better late than never, right? I used Cricut cartridges:  Sweetheart and Cindy Loo.

Here are a few pictures on my new blog, I'm not sure what I'm doing yet so bear with me as I learn. This card was made from Cricut's Playtime cartridge and Sizzix die cuts. Just for fun.
